Located within the industrial plant in the City of Fram, the Flour Mill is one of the first fields with which Industrias Trociuk began, and currently has the most modern facilities and state-of-the-art machinery, which reflect all the experience acquired from throughout this time.
The current Flour Mill, installed in 2016, is made up of two large well-marked sectors: the raw material storage and homogenization sector on the one hand, and the processing sector, where the cereal is converted into different types of flours.
The flours produced are classified into 000, 0000 flour, self-rising, semolina, wheat bran and, in turn, with some minor modifications in the selection of the milling processes, whole flour is made.
The packaging is carried out with fast machines that allow us to finish the production in a fast, orderly and safe way. During this process, random samples are taken to control the quality of all batches that are produced. Not only do we verify the quality through laboratory analysis, but we also make daily baked goods to guarantee that the final product has the necessary cooking properties.
We have different presentations for the national and international market, either in small packages of 1kg and 5kg or bags of 25 and 50 kg, or in bulk.
